A SMA is a subscription service which includes Simtra program updates and upgrades, library updates, bug fixes and priority technical support. The SMA also offers subscribers access to the latest versions of Simtra software, which is compatible with the latest Windows and CAD (if applicable) platforms on the market.
All Simtra software products are supplied initially with a complementary six week SMA subscription. The SMA can be extended for an additional period of one year or more.
Program updates, including e-mail notifications of releases
Object library updates, including e-mail notifications of releases
Addition of customer requested objects to object libraries *
Priority telephone and e-mail support
Application notes, technical notes and other relevant information, as appropriate
