Software Maintenance Program

All Simtra products do have an initial Product Support of 6 weeks included at your purchase. At purchase or after the initial Product Support we also offer the possibility to sign up for a continued Customer Support and Maintenance Program (SMA). If done directly at purchase you will receive a special discounted rate.

This Customer Support and Maintenance Program (SMA) is thereafter an ongoing program renewed each year.

This will ensure:

» Compatibility to changing CAD platforms or operating software (Windows)

» Introduction of new program features. You are entitled to get all related developments

» Professional problem-solving support: help with your specific problems, should they arise

» Additions, enhancements or changes to objects in the Libraries will be introduced. We keep you updated and also add new objects on a continuous basis.

» Corrections to malfunctions in the software

» Customer Support and Maintenance Program (SMA)
